Can I order a PAST APOCABOX?

What is the price? Are there any hidden fees?

United States Subscriptions:  $50 + $10.95 every 2 months.  Indiana residents are charged an additional 7% sales tax.

We are no longer taking new subscriptions for outside of the United States.

What is the billing and shipping schedule?

We charge your credit card for $50 + shipping ON THE DAY YOU SUBSCRIBE and ship your WELCOME BOX the same day.  Then we charge on the 1st of the next billing month and ship on the 15th of that same month.  Below is our exact billing and shipment schedule.

DAY YOU SUBSCRIBE: Charged $50 +shipping: WELCOME BOX SHIPS SAME DAY

FEBRUARY: Billing Date: 2/1, Shipment Date: 2/15  

APRIL: Billing Date: 4/1, Shipment Date: 4/15 

JUNE: Billing Date: 6/1, Shipment Date: 6/15 

AUGUST: Billing Date: 8/1, Shipment Date: 8/15 

OCTOBER: Billing Date: 10/1, Shipment Date: 10/15 

DECEMBER: Billing Date: 12/1, Shipment Date: 12/15

What is your cancellation policy?

There are NO contracts.  You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason.  WE HATE CONTRACTS!  You can cancel from within your account settings or you can just shoot us an email to unsubscribe@myapocabox.com.

What if I want to change my address, billing info or cancel my account?

You can manage your account on-line if you wish at https://apocabox.recurly.com/.  Simply enter your email at the bottom and click RESET PASSWORD to create a password and log in.  You can see all of your charges and also cancel at any time in this dashboard.

All shipping address changes must be emailed to customerservice@myapocabox.com - you cannot update your shipping address from within your account.

Can I subscribe if I live outside the United States?

We are no longer taking new subscriptions for outside of the United States.

Can I send APOCABOX as a gift?

Of course!  There is an option to mark the APOCABOX as a gift and also enclose a GIFT MESSAGE when you subscribe.  Our 2 BOX GIFT Plan includes a WELCOME BOX and THE NEXT THEMED APOCABOX.

What if I'm not happy with my APOCABOX?

We have a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy simply send it back to us at APOCABOX, 2867 N. 200 E. Anderson, IN 46012 and we will refund your money and cancel your subscription.

I have a product that I'd like to submit to APOCABOX?

Are you a survival craftsman or craftswoman or represent a company offering a unique survival themed product?  We're always looking for the next best thing to include in future APOCABOXes!  If you'd like your product considered for a future box, send an email to customerservice@myapocabox.com.  Include the following: Photo of product, Best wholesale price and Product description.
