Even though you have a NONCON Knife, you never know when you’ll need to improvise a cutting tool from a natural or urban landscape.  This kit is designed to teach you how to assemble a basic flint knife using the enclosed arrowhead, wooden handle and cordage.  In addition, we’ve included the items necessary to knap your own glass bottle bottom arrowhead.  Glass bottle bottoms is an excellent knapping material for the beginner knapper because of consistency and texture.  BE SURE TO have a durable pair of leather gloves and some safety glasses on hand before attempting this skill.
